the 6S management of Jingke Rui workshop

As a PCBA solution development and manufacturing company, the 6S management of the workshop plays a crucial role. As we all know, 6S includes Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu, Shitsuke and Security, Next, we will do a simple share about 6S management and control of JKR workshop.

I. Sort (SEIRI)

In addition to the commonly used tools and equipments in the workshop, other tools and equipments adopt the warehouse storage system of when to use when to take.

Purpose: to free up space, to prevent misuse, to maintain a fresh workplace:

  1. 1.The Aisle is unobstructed and tidy.
  2. 2, Tools placed in a reasonable position, easy to use.

II. Simplify (SEITON)

The necessary items in the workshop are stored in the specified area, and visual signs are added.

Purpose: The work site is clear at a glance, can quickly find the items to be used, neat working environment, to reduce the backlog of goods:

  1. 1.Machinery and equipment are regularly maintained . The equipment maintenance cards, operating instructions and other documents are placed in a conspicuous place neatly.
  2. 2.Tools are positioned and placed, regularly maintained and recorded.
  3. 3.Tools have corresponding nameplates, which are convenient for employees to access.
  4. 4.Each area has a corresponding person in charge for management and maintenance.

III. Sweep (SEISO)

Clean up the visible and invisible areas of the workplace to keep the site clean and bright.

Purpose: Stabilize quality and reduce industrial accidents.

  1. 1. The area table is clearly divided and the passage is smooth.
  2. 2.The desk, workbench and the surrounding environment are neat and tidy.
  3. 3.Equipment, fixtures, and turnover tools are cleaned at any time.

IV. Standardize (SEIKETU)

Carry out sorting, rectification and cleaning to the end, and figured into it in the workshop management regulations to keep the environment in a comfortable and pleasing state for a long time.

Purpose: Maintain the 3S above mentioned and manage by standardzation.

  1. 1. To do the “6S” work of the employee’s personal workstation 5 minutes before commute every day.
  2. 2、Correct the situation that does not conform to the site management in time.
  3. 3、Track whether the corrective results are implemented in place to ensure that the order will be implemented and prohibited.

V. Self Discipline (SHITSUKE)

Establish good habits of staff for problems solving timely and correctly.

Purpose: To cultivate employees who have good habits and abide by the rules, and create team spirit:

  1. 1、Employees wear the work-cards according to the rules.
  2. 2、Dress neatly and generously
  3. 3、Employees work in full spirit.
  4. 4、Employees help each other and actively participate in 6S activities.

VI. Safety (SECURITY)

Safety production, every enterprise must do a good job, pay attention to the safety education of members, improve the safety awareness of employees, and takes precautions.

Purpose: Create the safety enviroment for staff and make sure staff does the safely action.

  1. 1、Safety warning signs are posted in key danger areas.
  2. 2、Equipment operation procedures are posted in obvious areas of the equipment.
  3. 3、Regular assessment and training of employees to ensure that employees have to operate in accordance with the safety operation norms.
  4. 4、Dangerous liquids are guarded and registered.
